Quality Measures + Tools

Our Journey From Project Assigned to Project Delivered

PROJECT PROCUREMENT & PRE-TRANSLATION

  • Our trustworthy marketing team receives the project, making sure that we completely understand the project we undertake and the client we serve.
  • As soon as we undertake the project, we start planning our needs to complete it and even research well on the industry pertaining to the project.
  • We understand that certain projects need unique skillsets, and hence we focus our efforts on setting up the perfect team to execute the project.
  • Our skilled team efficiently assembles all the materials they would require before starting the translation process.
  • To ensure a smooth translation process, our linguists create a glossary for words or statements that might be a bit confusing while translating. This process is termed ‘glossary and terminology buildup’.
Quality Protocol

OUR TRANSLATION PROCESS

  • After ensuring the project procurement and all the pre translation steps are completed, our linguists start the translation process. We ensure that no meaning is lost during translation, and the original intent of the text is kept intact. We always strive to adhere to our set deadlines to keep our clients satisfied.

POST-TRANSLATION & PROJECT DELIVERY

  • We have a three-step verification process to ensure that all our translations are consistent and accurate.
  • The first step enables us to assign an expert reviewer to review the translation.
  • The next step requires us to check whether any revision is required. We at Somya Translators take pride in being careful.
  • The final step is to check whether a Desktop Publishing (DTP) process is required. Our in-house DTP team can handle DTP tasks in multiple languages. Our DTP task is supported by Quark Express, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Our files are print-ready and can be published in any file format.
  • Finally, we deliver the target file to our client and hope they think of us again the next time (which almost always happens).
