Job Description : The candidate will be responsible for

  • Team Leadership: Overseeing a team of approximately 4-6 members, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with Translators and Project Managers for the successful execution of translation projects.
  • CAT Tools Proficiency: Utilizing Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools to enhance translation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Localization Project Management: Managing multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Project Assistance: Supporting Project Managers in the daily operations and administration of projects.
  • Project Monitoring: Tracking and controlling project statuses to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing project finances, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with translators and proofreaders worldwide.
