• The project presented significant challenges due to its subject matter and the sheer volume of content: approximately 120,000 words in each language. Compounding this was the extremely tight deadline of four weeks. This strict timeframe required meticulous planning and efficient execution.
• We needed to maintain consistent quality as the project was to be dispersed in institutions and universities, with the modules being created for diverse learners.

• We prepared the files within Trados and assigned native linguists for translation. This was followed by machine translation (MT) to verify the translation done by linguists. We even conducted quality assurance checks and created a glossary for specialized terms. After this, the MT report was shared with the linguist to update and fix any errors.
• Once the corrected file was created, we assigned it to a reviewer and repeated the process of MT, QA, and glossary building.
• Finally, the translated file was sent to a linguist for validation, and an X-Bench report was created to be shared with the client.
• Once the client was satisfied with the translation, the files were handed over to our skilled DTP team to implement the translation on the template provided by the client.
